• Lesser kurinji or sahachara
• The root of ten herbs or dasamoola
• Indian madder or manjishta
• Sandalwood or chandana

Directions for use:

• Take the required amount of Kerala Ayurveda sahacharadi thailam in a bowl
• Sit in a comfortable position, on a non-slippery surface, and gently apply over your back, legs, or any affected areas
• Massage gently and let your skin absorb the goodness of sahacharadi thailam into your skin
• Let your skin absorb the oil for about 30 minutes
• Wash off with warm water and pat dry
• For best results, warm the oil and apply. Just place a heat-safe bowl with Sahacharadi Thailam in warm water and use it
• In the early stages of varicose veins, you can apply it to the affected area and gently massage it in upward strokes with a cotton ball
• Do not apply pressure
